Do you know the difference between a two-zone and a three-zone thermal shock test chamber

Thermal shock test chamber is used for electronic and electrical components, automation parts, communication components, auto parts, metal, plastic and other industries. Defense industry, aerospace, military industry, electronic chip IC, semiconductor ceramics and polymer material physical changes, test its material to high and low temperature repeated tensile force and product in thermal expansion and contraction of chemical changes or physical damage, can confirm the quality of the product, from precision IC to heavy machinery components, all do not need its ideal test tool.
At present, there are mainly two types of thermal shock test chamber es produced on the market, two-zone  and three-zone , what is the difference between the two? Let's take a look at it.

Working characteristics of two thermal shock test chambers:

The thermal shock test chamber has two chambers, one high temperature chamber and one low temperature chamber, there is a hanging basket in the middle. For testing, the sample is placed in a hanging basket. When the high temperature test is carried out, the hanging basket is raised to the high temperature chamber , and conversely, the low temperature test is carried out. Fast heating; Compact structure, small volume, short conversion time and other characteristics, the test needs to move the product; Can be used as a thermal shock test chamber, can also be used as a separate high temperature chamber  or a separate low temperature chamber .
The three-zone  thermal shock test chamber  has three chamber es, high temperature chamber , chamber  for placing samples, and low temperature chamber . When testing the high temperature, the high temperature door is opened and the low temperature door is closed. When testing low temperature, the high temperature chamber  door is closed, and the low temperature chamber  door is opened; Room temperature, easy to sample and place samples; The product does not need to move, and some sensitive electrical signal monitoring lines can be connected; The conversion time is relatively long.

The difference in the stay stage

Two-zone thermal shock test chamber: there is no room temperature residence stage, only high and low temperature residence stage, and there is obvious overshoot in the early stage of high and low temperature residence stage.
Three-zone thermal shock test chamber: there is room temperature stay stage. Due to the different control principles, the residence stage of high and low temperature and normal temperature is similar to sine function curve.

Structure of thermal test chamber

The overall structure of the two--zone thermal shock test chamber: the test chamber  consists of a preheating chamber, a pre-cooling chamber, a refrigeration system, a heating system, an air duct system, and an electrical control system. The pre-cooling chamber is located at the back upper part of the test chamber, the preheating chamber is located at the front and lower part of the test chamber, the refrigerator is located at the back and lower part of the test chamber, and the electrical part is located at the back and lower part of the test chamber. The control cabinet is located on the right side of the test chamber.
The overall structure of the three-zone thermal shock test chamber: the sample is completely static. The test chamber consists of a preheating chamber, a pre-cooling chamber, a working room, a refrigeration system, a heating system, an air duct system and an electrical control system. The studio is located in the middle of the test chamber , the high greenhouse is located in the lower part of the test chamber , the low greenhouse is located in the upper part of the test chamber , the refrigeration system is located at the back of the test chamber  and the electrical control cabinet is located in the upper part of the right side of the test chamber .
