T.1 Temperature cycle test(environmental battery test chamber)

Battery storage conditions are as follows:

A temperature cycle of 72±2℃(6h) - -40±2℃(6h)

The maximum temperature conversion interval is 30min

Repeat 10 cycles

After the end of the cycle, the battery is left for 24 hours at 20±5℃.

The open circuit voltage after the sample test should not be less than 90% of the open circuit voltage before the test, and this requirement does not apply to fully discharged batteries and cells.

The sample (battery) should have no leakage, no exhaust, no disintegration, no rupture and no fire phenomenon.

T.2 Height simulation test(altitude chamber)
The battery cell and battery are stored at a temperature of 20±5 ° C and atmospheric pressure of no more than 11.6kpa for at least 6 hours

The open circuit voltage after the sample test should not be less than 90% of the open circuit voltage before the test, and this requirement does not apply to fully discharged batteries and cells.

Sample (battery) should have no leakage, no exhaust, no disintegration, no rupture and no fire phenomenon.


T.3 Vibration test (vibration testing equipment)

The cell and battery are securely mounted on the shaking table

Vibration in the form of sine waves, increasing at 7Hz to 200Hz and then decreasing back to 7Hz in a cycle, a cycle lasting 15 minutes of logarithmic forward transmission.

The logarithmic sweep frequency is: maintain a maximum acceleration of 1gn from 7 Hz until the frequency is 18 Hz, then maintain the amplitude at 0.8 mm (total offset of 1.6 mm) and increase the frequency until the maximum acceleration reaches 8gn (frequency is about 50 Hz), and maintain the maximum acceleration at 8gn until the frequency increases to 200 Hz.

In order that one of the directions of vibration must be vertical sample polarity, cycle each cell 12 times in three mutually perpendicular directions for 3 hours in each direction for a total of 9 hours.

T.4 Acceleration impact test(mechanical shock machine)

Secure all accessory surfaces of each cell and battery sample with a solid bracket.

Hit each cell or cell with a half sine acceleration peak of 150gn, pulse duration of 6 milliseconds, large cells and large battery packs are subjected to a half sine wave shock with a maximum acceleration of 50gn and pulse duration of 11 milliseconds.

Each cell or battery pack shall be subjected to three shocks in the positive direction of three mutually perpendicular battery mounting directions, followed by three shocks in the opposite direction, for a total of 18 shocks.
