Description

Introduction
JOEO vibration test system is used to simulate various environmental conditions, especially the vibration and shock that a product or part may experience during its life cycle, and can be used for various test types, including sinusoidal scanning, random vibration, shock pulse, resonance search, etc. By simulating real conditions in a controlled environment, these shakers can help engineers identify potential weaknesses in designs and make improvements to improve product durability and performance. JOEO vibration test system are commonly used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, defense and consumer electronics, and play a vital role in evaluating product durability and reliability.

JOEO vibration shaker system, adopted the 'double-magnetic circuit structure',' self-generated skeleton action circles', 'Airborne Support’ and 'roller bearings and linear guidance', 'trunnion isolation’ advanced modern technology and special technology, can be completed in X,Y,Z three-axis sinusoidal shaker testing and broadband random vibration tests, to be completed by the classical (half - sine, trapezoidal, saw tooth wave) pulse and shock response spectrum test.

  • Rocker roller bearing straight rod orientation and inlet complex orientation stiffness, eccentric bearing capacity is strong.
  • Ear-frame isolation foundation is designed for hormone use and is easy to install and move. Advanced winding technology ensures the high reliability of the dynamic cycle of the system.
  • New air duct design, improve the cooling effect.
  • The bearing with small static and dynamic stiffness improves the bearing capacity of the shaking table and improves the low frequency performance.
