Description

The head expander is rather useful when the shaker armature square is not sufficient to install large samples, or when multiple samples need to be tested at once to save test time. JOEO offers customers a range of lightweight magnesium alloy expansion heads with a high strength-to-weight ratio. And the use of aluminum alloy has a higher cost performance. After finite element analysis and experimental modal analysis, the expansion machine has good dynamic performance. At the same time, we also offer more complex head expanders, combined with load support guides, for large sample sizes and tests requiring high overturning moments to protect vibration from shaker suspension systems. In addition, we can also customize the design and manufacture of different shapes of fixtures or fixtures according to customer requirements.
