Liquid To Liquid Thermal Shock Chamber

Liquid To Liquid Thermal Shock Chamber

Liquid-to-liquid thermal shock test chambers are often used to test electronic components by abruptly and repeatedly moving them from a container containing a hot liquid to a container containing a cold liquid to withstand strong shocks. The liquid used remains physically unchanged within the temperature range of the climate chamber, subjecting the DUT (device under test) to a strong shock to test its resistance.

Description

Description

Liquid to liquid thermal shock chamber is to immerse the test sample alternately in high temperature and low temperature liquid medium, so as to apply thermal shock to the sample. Due to the use of liquid as the thermal medium, this test can achieve a faster rate of temperature change than the air-to-air thermal shock test.

Feature

  • Both single-fluid and dual-fluid brine applicable

  • Test area transfer time less than 10 seconds

  • Conform to EU automotive testing standards that are compliant with global testing standards such as IEC 60068-2-14Nc.

  • A various mechanisms to reduce brine consumptions
