Description

Structural design
The main machine of this series of hydraulic servo tesile test machine adopts a horizontal frame structure, with a cylinder stroke of 2000mm and a maximum testing space of 9000mm. The two crossbeams with stretching fixtures, fixed crossbeams, and thrust crossbeams are all precision machined from steel plates. The truss is welded with thick steel plates and processed on a horizontal machining center. All auxiliary tools are made of alloy steel after heat treatment. The overall design of the frame structure bears 5000kn, ensuring the accuracy, stability, and reliability of the testing machine. The adjustment of the tensile test space is achieved by moving the remote crossbeam back and forth. For electric remote control, the beam movement can be controlled through close range micro movement, making positioning more accurate. At the same time, there is no need for manual pushing, which is fast and labor-saving. Manually assist in vertically inserting both ends of the bolts into the guide rail and the distal crossbeam. The operation of bolts achieves the positioning of the crossbeam and completes the spatial adjustment of the testing machine. Adjusting the step distance to 500mm is very convenient.

The host adopts high-precision load sensors, which have high comprehensive accuracy, high sensitivity, and good repeatability. After random calibration, the test will not be affected by external forces, ensuring the accuracy of the testing process and parameters. Calibration and calibration are simple and convenient. The machine design fully considers aesthetics, convenience, and safety. Hydraulic power system
The integrated oil source tank is composed of hydraulic pump station, oil source control, main engine control and computer host, which is convenient for operation, maintenance, protection and transportation. The computer, display screen, printer can be placed in the measurement and control integrated cabinet, the layout is neat, saving space. The maximum working pressure of the oil source system can reach 25MPa and 30MPa respectively.
The cylinder adopts a multi-channel sealed bidirectional control cylinder, and the main force of the cylinder is the top lift. Cylinder and piston are made of high strength wear-resistant materials, long-term no deformation, no wear, no leakage. Sealing components selected high quality imported sealing ring, wear ring, dust ring.
The power source adopts imported high pressure gear pump to ensure that the system pressure is stable during long-term use and the cylinder runs smoothly. The system design fully considers energy saving, reliability, safety and environmental protection. The oil source system uses components that meet environmental requirements.
The whole system adopts servo closed-loop control, high response servo valve, motor torque and speed stability, direction valve, differential valve, check valve, differential valve, etc., the spool response is fast, high sensitivity, so it has good tracking, follow-up, adjustable and other functional characteristics. Under the control of high performance measurement and control system, accurate closed-loop control is realized to ensure the test speed. It is the most advanced hydraulic servo control system with the best quality and the most advanced configuration in the domestic testing machine.

Host machine

4, strong current control system: the operation console adopts a desktop structure, placed in the test and operation area, with a special operation panel, easy to operate. Automatic stop or alarm when the oil temperature exceeds the limit, the filter is blocked, and the oil level is too low.

5, pipeline system: master cylinder loading, clamping actuator hydraulic pipeline with high pressure hose connection.
