The composite cyclic corrosion test chamber is capable of conducting traditional salt spray, dry-wet alternation mixed salt spray tests, as well as most automotive cyclic corrosion tests. It is specifically designed and assembled to meet the requirements of standards for controlling salt spray,relative humidity, air dryness,condensation humidity, automatic spraying, saltwater immersion, rotating spraying, and low temperature. Salt spray cabinet is used for testing paint-coated parts, metal components,electronic components,electrophoretic coated parts, and more.

Description

Feature 

1.Structure of Salt Mist Test Chamber: with enclosure is a fully anti-corrosion structure, made of multi-layer fiberglass reinforced polyester resin, and constructed with corrosion-resistant materials.
2.Unique design: Large spraying area and high flow rate, resulting in shorter spraying time compared to fogging the solution under salt spray function.
3.Custom nozzle: Specific nozzles evenly spray the solution onto the test sample, and the solution flow rate can be adjusted.
4.The nozzle is installed on an independent module, making it easy to remove when fogging function is enabled.
5.Programmable touch screen controller allows for operation in both Chinese and English, and enables data collection.
6.Standard test specimen racks are provided, capable of accommodating flat samples. For oversized and heavy three-dimensional samples (such as automobile hubs and engine components), grid kits with the same height as the support can be used. The enclosure is structurally robust, allowing for even distribution of the load.
7.The spray on/off time can be programmed directly to better control the corrosion rate.
