Description

Description and application 
Ozone aging test chamber simulates and enhances the status of ozone in the atmosphere, studies the effect of ozone on rubber, and then identifies and evaluates the methods of rubber resistance to ozone and aging, takes effective anti-aging measures, and improves the service life of rubber products.JOEO ozone resistance test chamber is mainly used for ozone aging resistance test of polymer materials and products (rubber). Mainly used in rubber and plastic; Automobile production; Wire and cable; Packaging materials; Instruments and meters; Medical equipment; Civil nuclear energy; Civil aviation; Colleges and universities; Research laboratories; Inspection arbitration, technical supervision departments and other rubber products.

Structure:
  • Usually, there is only one door in the secret room, and the door on the left is open. It can also be made into a double door (customized).
  • There is a 50mm diameter test hole on the left side of the test box, equipped with a silicone rubber plug, which can be used for external testing of power or signal wires.
  • There is a hollow heated anti frost observation window on the door, which is resistant to high and low temperatures and is not affected by fog. It has LED lights that turn on when in use and off when not in use. The conventional observation window size is W400 * H300mm. There are silicone rubber sealing strips on the door, which are resistant to high and low temperatures, anti-aging, and have good sealing performance. To prevent condensation or frost on the door frame and edge during low-temperature testing, an electric heating defrosting device is installed on the door frame and edge. The door handle adopts a non reaction handle, with one hand opening the door, making it easy to operate, safe and reliable.
  • The inner and outer chambers of the JOEO ozone test chamber are made of SUS304 and spray coated steel plates, respectively. The inner box has buckles and multi-layer sample racks (please consult sales for specific quantities), all made of 304 material. The outer cavity is treated with sheet metal spraying, with beautiful color and corrosion resistance.
  • The equipment outlet is located below the rear. After connecting the water pipe, the water can be directly discharged into the sewer without pollution.
  • The control panel is located on the upper left side of the test box, and the conventional control is the PID touch screen. Humanized operation, English operating system, customizable in other languages, confirmation required before placing an order.
  • The sound and light alarm system is located above the control panel and has three colors: yellow (standby), red (alarm), and green (running). When the device is in different states, the corresponding indicator light will remain on.

Features:
JOEO Ozone test chamber equipment produces ozone gas by a quiet and efficient ozone generator, and after a certain amount of air is treated, the switch enters the test chamber in the mixture, the continuous online ultraviolet detector detects the ozone concentration, the ozone generator control feedback to the system, the control system effectively controls the occurrence of ozone according to the set value, so that the ozone chamber maintains the appropriate working concentration. All test conditions are satisfied through the heating and humidifying system.
